Terms and Conditions of Purchase from Shoezyi Store

Dear Customer, to organize the sales process, we hope you review the following before completing your purchase. Completing the purchase or using the website or its affiliated applications constitutes acceptance of these terms

First: Product Display

The display and marketing of products on the website do not under any circumstances constitute a recommendation for the suitability and compatibility of any product with the customer’s desire and need. Therefore, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product meets their needs by reviewing the information included on each product page and in the informational pages, understanding it, and asking any questions before completing the purchase

Second: Product Reservation

1If payment is made via bank transfer, no goods will be reserved for more than 24 hours. If the transfer is not made within this period, the order will be automatically canceled

Third: Shipping and Delivery

1The customer must enter the recipient’s name and delivery address correctly. If there is an error in the address or contact numbers, this may cause a delay in the shipment, non-delivery, or the imposition of additional fees by the shipping company or delivery representative. The delivery company may also request to see identification for verification with the recipient’s name before handing over the order

2The expected delivery time is an estimate, and we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. However, the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the store’s control

3The order may be delayed for reasons related to the customer, such as their absence at the delivery location, failure to respond to the delivery representative’s call, or their request to change the delivery address. In such circumstances, neither the store nor the delivery company is responsible for the delay

4The store may change the shipping company chosen by the customer without referring to the customer if the shipping is free. It may also be changed if the shipping is paid, provided that the store refunds the difference in fees to the customer if the fees after the change are lower

5The customer must inspect the order and the product before receiving the shipment and the representative leaves. If the shipment arrives damaged internally, the customer must notify the shipping company before receiving the order and then notify the store directly

6The customer is responsible for customs clearance, value-added tax, and any other governmental fees, restrictions, or laws imposed by other countries on orders sent outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

7Shipping is not available to countries boycotted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and some countries are not covered by the shipping company. If such a country is selected by the customer, and the order is placed and paid for, the order will be canceled, and the customer will bear any damages such as delays in the refund to the customer’s account according to their bank’s policy and any other damages.

8The order will not be shipped, and the bank transfer will not be approved until the amount reaches the store

Fourth: Returns and Exchanges

1All goods sold (except for personal care items, clothing that comes into direct contact with the skin and body, and digital products) are eligible for return within seven (7) days of receipt (and within three (3) days for sales and discounts). The amount will be refunded to the customer after deducting any (cancellation/modification/non-receipt/return) fees for the order as detailed below, if applicable. The goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the return delivery to the store, either by shipping or by handing it over in person in Dammam. The returned products must reach the store or be handed over to the shipping company within the aforementioned period

2The refund amount will be returned to the customer via bank transfer within 7 business days after the store receives the returned product, in the case of cash on delivery or bank transfer. In the case of payment via Mada or credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card within the period specified by the card issuer

Fifth: (Cancellation/Modification/Non-Receipt/Return)

Fees The customer must send a modification or cancellation request via the store’s WhatsApp on the number 966531671797. Given that shipping, delivery, and payment services are provided by other companies, fees may be imposed as follows

1If the order has been handed over to the shipping company before the cancellation request is received, or if the customer does not receive the order for a reason attributable to them, and the shipping company returns the shipment to our warehouse and imposes fees on the shipment and return, a fee of 15 SAR + shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer

2If shipping was free, and the customer wishes to return part of the purchases, and the value of the unreturned purchases is less than 400 SAR, the usual shipping fees will be calculated according to the destination and deducted from the amount refunded to the customer

3The store has the right to cancel the order at any time and refund the amount to the customer in the event of stock depletion or difficulties in shipping due to delays or increased costs for the customer or the institution, or for any other reason. In such cases, the customer will be informed of the reason for the cancellation, and the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account without any deductions from the transferred amount

Sixth: Offers and Discounts

All offers expire at the end of the specified date or when stocks run out

Seventh: These terms and conditions have been prepared in Arabic

Customers who speak English or any other language must translate these terms at their own responsibility and without any liability on the part of Shoezyi Store. In the event of any conflict between the Arabic text and the English translation or any translation into any other language made by the customer, the Arabic text shall prevail and shall be the reference and basis for the terms and conditions document. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the city of Dammam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over them

Eighth: These terms and conditions

apply whether using the website, its affiliated applications, or any other means of Shoezyi Store.

Ninth:

Shoezyi Store has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to customers

Customers must review the terms and conditions and any updates and modifications thereto before purchasing, as the modification is binding on everyone
